Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of retail sales and operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores or retail locations.
• Strong background in sales management, revenue growth, inventory, merchandising, and store operations.
• Experience in recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and staff scheduling.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of retail policies, labor regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Willing to travel within Negros and work weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager to ensure consistent operational standards across stores.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and assist with inquiries, product recommendations, and concerns.
• Support upselling and sales initiatives to maximize store performance.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise retail staff, cashiers, merchandisers.
• Manage staff schedules based on operational requirements.
• Oversee inventory activities, ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety, labor regulations, and other requirements.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.
