Job summary

TigerUX in the Philippines seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory control, and compliance. You will drive sales growth through upselling and service excellence while coaching store personnel across Negros.

The role requires 5–8 years in retail with a strong leadership background, a relevant bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel for regular store visits. Standard hours apply, with weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in retail sales and operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores, branches, or retail locations.
• Strong background in sales management, sales target achievement, performance analysis, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Experience in recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and staff scheduling.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention.
• Strong understanding of customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and other statutory requirements relevant to retail operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willing to travel extensively within Negros for regular store visits.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required by retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory, and store compliance.
• Monitor store performance and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, resolve customer concerns, and support sales growth through upselling and service excellence.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management of store personnel.
• Manage inventory activities, including stock monitoring, replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention.
• Analyze sales performance and support the execution of sales and merchandising strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Marketing and store teams to maintain attractive and effective product displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, labor regulations, and operational procedures.
