Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee multi-site stores in the Cebu City area. You will lead store managers, drive KPIs, and implement regional strategies to ensure operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in retail/fast service with strong leadership, recruitment, and training capabilities. Travel within the area may be required and overtime benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in retail, fast service, or multi-site operations.
• Proven leadership of store teams and multi-location oversight.

Responsibilities

• Regular store visits and performance reviews with Store Managers.
• Support and guide newly opened stores to standards adherence.
• Ensure local marketing and promotions are implemented.
• Facilitate communication between stores and regional office.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and area conditions.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and staffing of store personnel.
• Train and develop Store Managers and teams.
• Manage leave schedules for Store Managers and Asst. Store Managers.
• Recommend Store Manager candidates to management.
• Participate in management meetings and drive improvements.
