Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Philippines seeks an experienced professional to own end-to-end retail launch planning for new mobile phones and tablets. You will design coverage, plan execution, and coordinate with local teams to ensure successful market rollout.

You will develop channel and sell-out improvement plans, drive sales performance, and optimize store operations. Strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, retail operations, or channel management within the smartphone industry.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese as working languages.
• Results-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.

• 1. Responsible for the entire end-to-end process of new mobile phone and tablet product retail launch planning, coverage planning, design planning, and execution.
• 2、Develop and execute channel and sell-out (SO) improvement plans in line with the company's channel development strategy.
• 3、Drive sales performance and operational excellence across retail channels, ensuring the achievement of key business and operational KPIs.
• 4、Analyze retail performance data and develop actionable strategies to improve channel efficiency and business results.
• 5、Coordinate and drive cross-functional projects with local teams to ensure effective execution and implementation.
• 6、Establish and continuously optimize standardized processes for retail store selection, evaluation, and operational improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, retail operations, or channel management within the smartphone industry.
