Job summary

Responsibilities include leading, training, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring inventory, implementing visual merchandising, preparing performance analytics, building relationships with key customers, coordinating with suppliers, and driving promotions while managing store budget and expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Background in construction, hardware, or engineering products is a PLUS.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good inventory and operations management abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willing to do field work.
