Qualifications

• Graduated in Business Admin, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Interest in tech products and basic knowledge of computers.
• Customer-focused, responsible, organized and results-driven.
• Willing to undergo training and be posted to mall branches.
• Able to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising sales staff and branch employees.
• Monitor daily sales performance and help reach targets.
• Learn inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of IT products.
• Assist customers with inquiries and after-sales concerns.
• Handle POS transactions, cash collections, and store reports.
• Monitor attendance and compliance with policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards.
• Support management in preparing for future branch leadership.
