Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or Advertising
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in banking
• Strong business and creative writing skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present channel performance reports; identify gaps and actions.
• Plan and coordinate training programs to boost partners’ knowledge of Retail Loan products and selling points.
• Lead channel sales activities to drive Retail Loan bookings and portfolio growth.
• Develop channel communications, incentives, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate administration and operations for channel initiatives and events.
