Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Provides Business Review/updates to various sales channels to optimize channel productivity.
• Plans and coordinates sales channel training to educate and promote housing and auto loan products.
• Manages sales activities with channel partners to support financial targets.
• Recommends incentives and recognition programs to boost channel productivity.
• Conducts postmortem of channel initiatives.
• Creates and cascades timely communication materials.
