Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is hiring a Salary Loan and Payroll Program Marketing Associate to help grow the program through sales coordination, lead generation, and partner management, while delivering strong customer service and operational support.

The role focuses on executing marketing initiatives, timely handling of partner and customer concerns, accurate reporting, and adherence to internal policies to drive portfolio performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, Finance, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide basic recommendations.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
