Job summary

You will review submissions, provide feedback, and coordinate with mall operations to ensure timely completion and quality execution of retail spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail design, architecture, or tenant fit-out coordination.
• Experience reviewing retail concept plans through final construction drawings.
• Mall, commercial, or mixed-use developments experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review tenant concept plans and drawings for compliance with design guidelines.
• Lead coordination with tenants, architects, and contractors through fit-out.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure mall standards and safety compliance.
• Provide technical and design guidance to ensure quality execution.
