Emapta is seeking a Finance Officer for Retailer Accounts to safeguard rebates, receivables, and retailer accounts. The role focuses on strengthening financial operations and building Australian retail finance expertise while delivering meaningful business impact within a global career path.

Based onsite in Quezon City, the incumbent will handle rebates, payments, and AR/AP processing with a strong emphasis on accuracy, reconciliation, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in Finance/AR or related role.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable principles.
• Experience with rebate calculations desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Experience with finance systems and data imports.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with retailers.
• Ability to work independently in a small team and follow processes.

Responsabilités

• Calculate retailer rebates according to rebate agreements and supplier income.
• Reconcile rebate calculations and maintain payment records.
• Correspond with retailers regarding rebates, fees, and queries; resolve discrepancies.
• Calculate, invoice, and manage retailer fees per retailer agreements.
• Review receivable invoices for accuracy and import transactions into the system.
• Process and reconcile online sales and gift card transactions.
• Meet processing, payment, and month-end deadlines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Complete other reasonable tasks as required.
