Emapta is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage rebates, invoices, variances and receivables across Australia's appliance, electronics, and furniture retail sector. The role is on-site in Quezon City, offering a full-time day shift and opportunities to grow within a dynamic international finance environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in accounts receivable, strong Excel skills, and a focus on accuracy and timely communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Calculate rebates according to agreed terms and prepare related invoices accurately and on time.
• Communicate with internal teams and external parties to resolve discrepancies and respond to account queries.
• Maintain accurate records of rebate calculations, invoices, and related correspondence.
• Investigate variances between expected and actual figures and escalate issues as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) and external customers/suppliers.
• Support process improvements to tools and templates within Accounts Receivable.
• Complete work according to internal controls, company policies, and deadlines.
• Perform other Accounts Receivable duties as needed.
