Qualifications

• 1–2 years accounts payable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and maintain vendor records.
• Support timely payment runs and respond to AP inquiries.
• Track payments, reconcile supplier statements, and maintain documentation.
• Assist month-end close and AP reporting.
