Enable PH is seeking a Project Specialist - Retail (Store Expansion & Store Design) to oversee growth of retail and office locations, ensuring successful openings and seamless integration into operations.

You will support store openings, manage office expansions, prepare expansion budgets, and ensure compliance with brand standards. The role requires strong project management, organizational skills, and travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering or related programs.
• 2–3 years in retail expansion, project management, or fit-outs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of offices, stores, and openings, coordinating with project teams.
• Lead projects like office expansions and collaborate with departments as needed.
• Prepare store/office expansion budgets, including construction and equipment costs.
• Track project timelines, budgets, vendor contracts, and progress reports.
• Maintain all documentation for store expansion and existing offices, including compliance docs.
• Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors for construction and renovations.
• Ensure new stores meet brand standards and operational requirements.
• Handle facility management of stores and offices.
• Identify potential new locations via market research and growth strategy.
• Coordinate with lessors, architects, contractors and internal teams.
