Confidential Company is seeking a Project Manager – Store Development to lead end-to-end store development projects, including openings, renovations, relocations, and expansions. You will work with landlords, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery within approved budgets and design standards.

The role requires strong project management, construction knowledge, and ability to coordinate multiple projects across retail environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil eng, construction mgmt or related.
• Strong experience in retail store development and project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects from planning through turnover.
• Proficient with drawing reviews and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage store development projects from initiation to handover and opening.
• Develop timelines, milestones, and construction schedules.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee construction, fit-out, and store improvements.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
• Ensure project documentation and turnover.
