Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Project Specialist to oversee growth of retail and office locations across the company, ensuring smooth openings and integration into operations.

You will support office operations, lead expansion projects, prepare budgets, and maintain detailed records of timelines, vendors, and compliance. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and flexibility to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail expansion, project management or similar role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee growth of retail and office locations for Enable PH.
• Support Admin Officer in day-to-day office operations and store openings.
• Lead expansion projects such as office expansion and collaborate with departments.
• Assist in budgeting for store/office expansion including costs for construction and equipment.
• Maintain records of expansion projects, including timelines, budgets, and contracts.
• Manage documentation for store expansion and compliance requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors for construction and renovations.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure stores meet brand standards and requirements.
• Handle facility management of stores and offices.
• Identify potential new locations based on market research and strategy.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate expansion.
