The Leasing and Support Officer will lead site selection, leasing negotiations, store renovations, and vendor coordination to ensure timely openings that align with brand standards and business goals. Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred, with Chinese communication skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in store expansion, site selection, renovation coordination, or supply chain management in retail, F&B, or travel.
• Familiarity with the mall leasing process in the Philippines, contract terms, and renovation approval requirements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently coordinate with multiple parties, including mall leasing teams, contractors, advertisers, and technology suppliers.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; Chinese communication skills preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail store operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site selection and leasing coordination for new store locations.
• Coordinate store renovations with mall engineering and contractors.
• Source third-party vendors and manage procurement reports.
• Provide opening support including training and on-site testing.
