Metacom Careers is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Retail Account in McKinley, Taguig. No prior BPO experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome. You will assist customers, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive service experience in a fast-paced environment.

We welcome college graduates from any field, with English proficiency at CEFR B2 and strong communication skills. On-site work at Taguig is expected, with potential for growth and development through training.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate from any course/field.
• English proficiency at CEFR B2 or higher.
• Strong communication, listening, and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities
