Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or SHS graduate.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO.
• Experience in Healthcare, Banking, Telco, Retail or Travel accounts.
• Proficient in English with strong communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
