Qualifications

• College degree in any field.
• Good English communication (CEFR B2).
• No BPO experience required.
• No non-BPO experience required.
• Strong communication, listening and comprehension skills.
• Customer-oriented and professional in dealing with customers.
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service through various channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account-related concerns.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate and appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Process customer requests and transactions accurately according to company procedures.
• Provide clear and timely information to customers.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams or departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
