Private Advertiser, a premier nationwide retail and lifestyle conglomerate in the Philippines, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead fit-out, construction, and modular fabrication for flagship retail boutiques and salons. You will oversee the full lifecycle of store buildouts from planning to turnover and store opening, ensuring on-time delivery to exacting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven construction management experience, including fit-out or retail expansion, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Background in retail store construction, interior fit-outs, and modular construction systems.
• Strong leadership, project management, contractor management, and budget control skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.

• Direct and manage end-to-end fit-out, renovation, and construction projects for flagship stores nationwide.
• Oversee development and production of pre-fabricated modules for interiors, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Lead project teams, contractors, architects, and suppliers to meet timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to ensure fit-outs meet functional, aesthetic, and structural requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, manage project billing, monitor capex, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with interior design, store operations, and leadership to streamline rollouts and minimize downtime.
