Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an operations-focused leader to manage day-to-day sales operations, inventory, events, permits, and business development across stores. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales to ensure smooth operations and growth.

The role also oversees ERP entries, product data, pricing, and campaign launches, partnering with hotels and hospitality clients to drive upsell opportunities while maintaining compliance and records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process PRs for sales supplies and operational needs with Purchasing.
• Prepare and submit complete documents for sales-related expenses and payments.
• Monitor replenishment of supplies to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Conduct regular inventory counts for stores, assets, and consignment accounts.
• Coordinate deliveries, pulls, transfers, and inventory movements with Logistics.
• Manage ingress/egress inventory for events and warehouse transactions.
• Lead coordination and execution of sales events, store activations, and promotions.
• Ensure proper event logistics, resources, and compliance with guidelines.
• Process permits for store transfers, deliveries, events, and activities.
• Assist in securing business permits and safety certificates.
• Maintain records of permit validity and monitor safety equipment expiry.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hotels, spas, resorts, and clients.
• Conduct client outreach, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Create promotional bundles and ERP system entries; ensure timely ERP transactions.
• Maintain product master files, UPC codes, product information, and pricing across channels.
• Prepare new product memorandums and coordinate launches with Marketing & Sales.
