Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably multi-branch.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, branch management, and daily store activities.
• Familiar with inventory management, stock monitoring, receiving, issuance, and inventory reconciliation.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, stockroom organization, SKU/item coding, storage, and movement of goods.
• Ability to monitor and control inventory accuracy, variances, damages, shortages, and excess stocks.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, accounting, sales, and branch teams.
• Strong people management, leadership, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Able to analyze sales, inventory, manpower, and branch performance.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular branch and warehouse visits.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary.
• Honest, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Able to work under pressure and manage operational concerns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Warehouse Supervisor and all warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling, and releasing of stocks.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
• Investigate and report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or variances.
• Supervise overall store operations and ensure smooth daily activities.
• Ensure all cash sales are properly recorded and accounted for.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of warehouse and store personnel.
• Implement and monitor SOPs for warehouse and store operations.
• Ensure workplace safety and proper handling of goods in the warehouse and store.
