harlan + holden in the Philippines seeks a Retail Construction Director who is the single point of accountability for the end to end delivery of all store openings. The role owns the full store rollout pipeline and ensures each store is delivered on time, within budget, and at required design and construction quality.

This execution leadership role has authority to make site level decisions, escalate risks, and enforce standards while working with the Country Manager and Finance.
