• Strong leadership, project management, contractor management, and budget control skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.

A premier nationwide retail and lifestyle conglomerate is looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead the fit-out, construction, and modular fabrication for its flagship retail boutiques and premier salon brands.

In this dynamic leadership role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of store construction projects—from initial planning and pre-fabricated module manufacturing to final turnover and store opening. You will serve as the strategic driver behind expanding our retail footprint, ensuring every location is executed with precision, on schedule, and aligned with top-tier commercial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage end-to-end fit-out, renovation, and construction projects for high-traffic retail boutiques and salons nationwide.

• Oversee the development and production of pre-fabricated modules for retail store interiors, optimizing production efficiency, scalability, and quality control.

• Lead project teams, contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and safety standards are strictly met.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure fit-outs meet functional, aesthetic, and structural requirements.

• Negotiate contracts, manage project billing, monitor capital expenditures, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Partner closely with interior design, store operations, and executive leadership to streamline project rollouts and minimize store downtime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in construction management, fit-out operations, or retail expansion, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

• Solid background in retail store construction, interior fit-outs, and pre-fabricated modular construction systems.

• Strong leadership, project management, contractor management, and budget control skills.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making capabilities.

• Willingness to travel to project sites across various location developments.
