Job summary

Tao Foods Company Inc. is seeking an Assistant Retail Channel Manager to support development and execution of sales strategies across modern trade accounts, including national key accounts, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.

The role focuses on achieving targets, expanding distribution, ensuring merchandising excellence, and driving category growth through collaboration with customers, distributors, and internal teams. Willingness to travel and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Channel Management, or Modern Trade, preferably FMCG/food/consumer goods.
• Experience handling supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, membership clubs, or national key accounts is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of modern trade operations, merchandising, promotions, distribution, and trade marketing.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Willing to conduct regular store visits and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing annual and monthly sales plans for assigned modern trade accounts.
• Support the achievement of sales, volume, distribution, and profitability targets.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, distribution, and account profitability.
• Ensure proper implementation of merchandising standards and in-store visibility.
• Coordinate and monitor promotional activities, including displays and trade programs.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and category performance to identify opportunities.
• Prepare account reviews, sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to fulfill customer requirements.
