Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Trade Marketing and/or Brand Marketing.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of financial performance from topline to bottom line.
• Proficient in computer applications and business software.
• Highly analytical with strong critical-thinking skills.

Aufgaben

• Analyze retail sales formats, provide sales performance analysis, establish trade standards, and develop customized programs for Modern Trade channels.
• Evaluate brand and SKU performance, provide comprehensive category analysis, collaborate for strategy alignment, and lead annual channel management.
• Recommend additional products, assess competitors, and implement effective strategies while evaluating and improving market penetration programs.
• Manage trade cost budgets specifically for Modern Trade Channel Customers. Co-approve activity mechanics based on aligned strategies, monitor sales realization and P&L, track program post-evaluations, and compute sourcing activities.
• Co-manages event pitches, co-approves most qualified agencies, and conducts post-evaluation of special events under the Modern Trade accounts under the trade cost.
• Co-sign sales forecasts, formulate forecasts based on off-take and monitor sell-in volume and sales turnover versus forecasts.
