Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a General Trade Retail Manager to lead channel development and in-store execution from Taguig. This full onsite role runs 8AM–5PM and focuses on performance analysis, strategy design, and cross-functional collaboration with commercial teams.

You will drive growth in emerging channels, plan BTL activations, and ensure product availability and shopper conversion. Strong data-driven planning, stakeholder management, and communications skills are essential in a fast-moving FMCG

Qualifications

• Background in trade marketing, channel marketing, or a related discipline within FMCG or F&B.
• Solid grasp of the general trade environment, with focus on small format retail.
• Experience planning and executing channel strategies and BTL programs.
• Data-driven mindset turning insights into clear, actionable strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess channel and territory performance using data to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and roll out strategies for key areas, including turnaround plans.
• Develop tactical plans covering volume projections, budgets, POSM, IAP decks, sell-in materials, and sales toolkits.
• Establish contingency plans to sustain business during market disruption.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to boost product availability and in-store visibility.
• Track progress, flag risks, and adjust strategies to maintain performance.
• Lead reviews to capture learnings for future planning.
• Grow emerging trade channels by tracking market trends and shopper behavior.
• Define the strategic role of new channels in the commercial framework.
• Partner with Category teams to launch channel-relevant BTl activations.
• Align channel growth plans with brand direction and targets.
• Evaluate initiatives for scaling and long-term programs.
• Oversee handover of proven projects into standard operations.

Role: General Trade Retail Manager

Schedule: 8AM – 5PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess channel and territory performance by leveraging data and market intelligence to uncover opportunities for growth
• Design and roll out targeted strategies for key areas, including turnaround plans where needed
• Develop tactical plans covering volume projections, budget builds, POSM requirements, IAP decks, sell-in materials, and sales toolkits
• Establish contingency plans to maintain business operations during periods of market disruption
• Work closely with commercial teams to strengthen product availability, in-store visibility, and shopper conversion across priority channels
• Track execution progress, flag emerging risks, and fine-tune strategies to sustain performance
• Lead review sessions after key initiatives to capture insights and apply learnings to future planning

Emerging Channels & Category Growth

• Drive the growth of emerging trade channels by studying market movements and evolving shopper behavior
• Establish the strategic role of new channels within the overall commercial framework
• Partner with Category teams to bring growth initiatives and product launches to life through channel-relevant BTL activations
• Ensure channel growth plans are in sync with brand direction, category goals, and commercial targets

Program Planning

• Evaluate whether key initiatives are ready to scale and transition into long-term programs
• Oversee the seamless handover of proven projects into standard business operations
