The role involves collaborating with production, procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure product availability, pricing competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in marketing or sales within related sectors, strong CRM and market analysis skills, and willingness to travel for customer visits and market

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer account management.
• Experience in rice, grains, food manufacturing, agricultural commodities, FMCG, or related industry is an advantage.
• Experience handling distributors, wholesalers, retailers, institutional buyers, or corporate accounts is preferred.
• Knowledge and skills in market development, pricing, and CRM are required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement marketing plans and sales strategies for milled rice products.
• Identify and develop potential customers including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
• Coordinate with Rice Milling, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and Management to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Travel for customer visits, market surveys, and business development as needed.
• Prepare market intelligence reports and updates for the supervisor.
