• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, working with branch and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by acquiring CASA deposits, growing the client portfolio, and achieving sales targets.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through regular business calls, presentations, and account management.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while actively cross‑selling products and services.
• Evaluate credit opportunities and endorse qualified loan and credit applications with complete documentation.
• Partner with branch operations and support teams to ensure excellent customer service and overall business growth.
