Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Experience in retail banking, sales, business development or relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow deposits and funds portfolio.
• Identify, engage, and acquire prospective clients through sales calls and presentations.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop sales strategies.
• Facilitate referrals for loans, credit cards, bancassurance and other bank products.
