You will lead business generation programs, conduct market calls and presentations to prospects, coordinate with branch operations, and drive cross‑selling of bank products.

The role requires strong communication, ability to assess client needs and creditworthiness, and a proven track record in client-facing banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field is required.
• Proven ability to generate CASA deposits and grow client accounts.
• Strong skills in client calls, presentations and relationship management.
• Ability to assess creditworthiness for loans and credit products.
• Capable of coordinating with internal teams and branch staff to cross-sell.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead business generation programs to grow the depositor base and funds portfolio.
• Conduct market surveys and present tailored banking solutions to prospective clients.
• Regularly visit clients and submit activity reports to the Region Business Head.
• Cross-sell and coordinate with support units to optimize client conversions and deposits.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager to ensure branch staff are trained and aligned on service quality.
