Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field.
• Proven ability to generate CASA deposits and grow portfolios.
• Skilled in maintaining client relationships and cross-selling.
• Ability to assess banking needs and evaluate loan/credit products.
• Clear articulation of banking products and persuasive presentations.

Aufgaben

• Plans and executes strategies to increase deposit base and funds.
• Conducts market surveys to identify prospective clients and their banking needs.
• Makes business calls and presentations to prospects; submits reports to Region Business Head.
• Performs periodic calls to existing clients to assess service quality and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coaches branch staff on cross-selling and product knowledge; coordinates with internal teams.
• Coordinates with Branch Manager to project a progressive, efficient bank image.
