Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any relevant course.
• Proven ability to generate new CASA deposits and grow accounts.
• Skilled in maintaining client relationships and cross-selling.
• Ability to assess client banking needs and creditworthiness.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute business generation programs to increase deposits.
• Conduct market surveys to identify prospective clients and tailor offerings.
• Make regular calls and presentations to clients; submit Call Reports.
• Cross-sell and leverage relationships to grow deposits.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager to align service quality.
• Support branch operations and training on product knowledge.
• Ensure prompt handling of customer requests and complaints.
