Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Relationship Manager-Retail Banking to be based at the Kalookan branch (Caloocan 9th Avenue). The role designs, plans, executes, and manages sales strategies to maximize business volume and deposits while coordinating with service and operations teams.

The candidate will generate new business, grow the client portfolio, strengthen relationships via regular calls and presentations, and cross-sell banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience with CASA generation and client acquisition.
• Strong relationship management and cross-selling abilities.
• Knowledge of banking products and credit assessment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by acquiring CASA deposits and growing the client portfolio.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through regular calls and account management.
• Identify client needs and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Evaluate loan and credit opportunities with proper documentation.
