Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to generate new CASA deposits and grow portfolios.
• Excellent client relationship and cross-selling skills.
• Ability to assess banking needs and evaluate creditworthiness.

Responsabilités

• Plans, organizes, leads and undertakes business generation programs to increase deposits and funds.
• Conducts market surveys to identify prospective clients and tailor product packages.
• Makes regular calls and presentations to clients; submits reports on activities.
• Cross-sells bank products and coordinates with internal teams for sales.
• Evaluates creditworthiness and endorses loan/credit applications with documentation.
• Coaches branch staff on product knowledge and service quality initiatives.
