Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Relationship Manager-Retail Banking to design and execute sales strategies, grow deposit bases, and manage client relationships in Quezon City. You will coordinate with branch teams, present banking solutions to clients, and drive cross-selling across product lines.

The role requires market knowledge, strong communication, and ability to assess credit needs. You will collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and branch performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field.
• Proven ability to generate new CASA deposits, grow accounts, and conduct effective client calls and presentations.
• Skilled in maintaining and enhancing client relationships through regular engagement and cross-selling of bank products.
• Ability to assess client banking needs and evaluate creditworthiness for various loan and credit products.
• Able to articulate banking products, conduct persuasive sales presentations, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Capable of working closely with branch operations and guiding staff on product knowledge and cross-selling.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospects and generate new CASA deposits and funds.
• Plan, organize, lead, and undertake business generation programs to grow the depositor base.
• Conduct market surveys to identify prospective clients and tailor products to outflank competition.
• Perform regular client calls and presentations and document results.
• Cross-sell bank products and coordinate with service/operations to improve relationships.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager to ensure staff awareness of products and service quality.
• Lead branch staff meetings to disseminate product updates and share coordination issues.
