This position will focus on expanding the bank’s customer base, strengthening branch visibility, increasing product utilization, and creating market opportunities through targeted campaigns and customer engagement programs. Candidates should have relevant banking industry experience, particularly in retail banking, branch-based marketing, financial products, or customer acquisition.
Formulate and implement marketing plans designed to support the growth of the bank’s retail banking portfolio and branch network.
Create customer-focused programs aimed at increasing new accounts, deposits, loan applications, product usage, and overall customer engagement.
Develop marketing approaches based on customer profiles, geographic markets, branch potential, and business priorities.
Partner with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and sales teams to identify prospects and convert business opportunities.
Provide branches with marketing support for local promotions, community activities, customer events, and outreach programs.
Coordinate promotional campaigns covering savings and deposit products, consumer lending, cards, investments, insurance, and other retail financial solutions.
Gather and evaluate market intelligence, customer insights, competitor movements, and industry trends.
Design initiatives that support customer retention, relationship deepening, and cross-selling.
Manage marketing projects throughout the entire cycle, from campaign conceptualization and implementation to post-campaign assessment.
Track campaign results using relevant measures such as leads, acquisition, conversion, engagement, product uptake, and campaign return.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Branch Banking, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs.
Oversee the development of promotional materials and branch marketing resources while maintaining the bank’s brand identity and communication standards.
Explore additional customer engagement channels, including digital platforms, social media, partnerships, events, and community-based initiatives.
Build relationships with external organizations, business groups, local communities, and potential strategic partners.
Prepare management reports covering campaign performance, customer acquisition activities, branch marketing initiatives, and business development results.
Assist in planning and monitoring marketing expenditures to ensure appropriate allocation of resources.
Ensure marketing communications and promotional activities adhere to applicable banking regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies.
Provide direction, coaching, and performance support to members of the marketing team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Banking, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
At least 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferred lly with experience leading marketing initiatives or teams.
Prior banking experience is highly desirable, particularly within retail banking, branch banking, or financial services.
Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns for banking, financial, or consumer products.
Background in customer acquisition, lead generation, retention, relationship marketing, or sales support.
Understanding of retail banking products, customer segments, and branch-level business development.
Experience collaborating with branch personnel, sales teams, and relationship management functions.
Strong skills in market analysis, campaign planning, project management, communication, and presentation.
Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, marketing analytics, and Microsoft Office.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect marketing initiatives with measurable business objectives.
