Job summary

BDO Unibank seeks a Marketing Head to lead campaigns, events, branch marketing, and brand activations while directing a team and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

You will plan and execute campaigns, manage budgets, ensure brand standards, and drive customer acquisition and growth by partnering with business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 8 years of marketing experience with 3 years in a people management role.
• Strong background in marketing events, activations, and brand management.
• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or fintech is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
