Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant to join our fruit stand team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring the quality and presentation of our products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fresh fruits and related products. Answer customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and freshness. Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Product Handling and Display: Arrange and display fruits attractively to maintain a visually appealing stand. Monitor product quality, removing damaged or spoiled items. Restock products as needed to ensure availability.
• Sales and Transactions: Operate a cash register or POS system to process sales accurately. Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and provide change if required.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the fruit stand is clean and organized at all times. Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices. Dispose of waste and manage inventory responsibly.

Education and Experience
