• Sales Assistant supports the sales team in a retail or corporate environment by providing excellent customer service, assisting with product selection, maintaining store displays, and handling transactions. Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with product inquiries and offering personalized recommendations.
• Ensure that products are well-organized, stocked, and correctly labeled.
• Assist customers with finding products, answering any questions, and processing purchases.
• Process sales transactions using cash registers or POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring displays are appealing and stock levels are maintained.
• Assist in restocking shelves, placing new merchandise, and ensuring product availability.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges according to store policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product demand, and any concerns.
• Assist in visual merchandising to enhance the store's layout and product display.

Qualifications
