Job summary

RIMINI CHPH FASHIONS, INC. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting across the business.

The role owns the close cycle, manages the accounting team, and partners with management on financial planning and audits in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a CPA or equivalent, 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in supervision, and a strong background in retail/FMCG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in supervision/management.
• Retail, FMCG, or distribution background is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial statements including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow.
• Own month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Analyze results and prepare management reports highlighting trends and risks.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure proper accounting for sales, inventory, shrinkage, and COGS.
• Maintain accounting systems and procedures aligned with retail operations.
• Strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
