RIMINI ITALIA CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking an accounting professional to support financial data management, reporting, and accounting operations for a Retail Company. Responsibilities include reviewing expenses, payroll records, updating databases, preparing journals, and handling AP/AR.

The candidate should have a BS in Accounting or related field, at least 1 year in retail, solid Excel and Office skills, and strong organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or related degree (accounting focus)
• 1+ year experience in retail accounting preferred
• Familiarity with standard accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills and deadline-driven
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and reports

Responsibilities

• Audit and assist with review of expenses and payroll records
• Update financial data in databases for accuracy and availability
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Prepare and maintain financial statements for the Retail Company
• Coordinate daily accounting activities, create journal entries, and handle accounts payable/receivable
• Assist with other accounting tasks
