You will lead cross-functional teams in Retail Operations, Merchandising and Finance to execute the brand's commercial strategy, develop annual plans, monitor KPIs, and build a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-store retail operations.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
