The role involves scheduling discovery calls and demos, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging. The position offers competitive base salary with commission, ongoing sales training, and a performance-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection with resilience.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Prior sales, SDR, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and research target accounts and decision-makers.
• Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ideal customer profile.
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity and lead data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and targeting.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals.
