Job summary

iFoundries (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist in the Philippines. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, from planning and setup through optimization and reporting.

You will transform campaign data into practical actions that improve performance for diverse clients. The role requires expertise in campaign setup, budgeting, bidding, audience targeting and conversion tracking, with strong analytic and communication

Qualifications

Hands-on paid media experience across multiple platforms.
Ability to analyse campaign data and translate into actions.
Strong numerical judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and others.
Set up campaigns with precise structures, targeting, bidding, budgets and conversions.
Monitor performance, adjust bids and budgets to optimise ROI.
Plan and run structured A/B tests for messaging, creative and audiences.
Create and advise on media plans and client priorities with stakeholders.
Ensure tracking and reporting are accurate and timely.
