Job summary

BBK Group - Philippine Food Asia is seeking a Restaurant Systems & MIS Officer to administer and enhance its ERP, POS, and related platforms across its operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on data accuracy, access controls, and alignment with restaurant operations, finance, and supply chain.

The successful candidate will manage system configurations, lead implementations, and produce management-ready reports while identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency and decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with POS, ERP, spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy with confidential information.
• Able to coordinate with operations and technology providers.
• Experience in restaurant/retail/hospitality or multi-branch operations is a plus.
• Management Engineering degree from Ateneo de Manila University is an advantage.

About the role

The Restaurant Systems & MIS Officer will assist in administering, maintaining, and improving the company's restaurant information systems, particularly its ERP, Point-of-Sale (POS), and related operational platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor the company's POS, ERP, and restaurant management systems
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, system configurations, and master data
• Coordinate with restaurant operations, finance, purchasing, inventory, and external system providers
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution
• Check data accuracy, system compliance, and completeness of operational reports
