Job summary

Noodle Temple is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and uphold consistent standards in customer service, staff performance, and food safety. The role focuses on accountability, professionalism, and leading from the floor rather than supervising from the sidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of solid restaurant operations experience.
• Experience from a reputable casual dining, premium casual dining, hotel, or high-volume restaurant is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Experience supervising FOH and/or BOH personnel.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong customer service background and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations from opening to closing
• Ensure restaurant readiness before opening
• Monitor service flow, order completion, table turnover, and overall restaurant conditions
• Ensure restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed
• Supervise Waiters, Bartenders, Line Cooks, and other assigned restaurant personnel
• Prepare or assist with staff scheduling according to operational requirements
• Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, absences, breaks, and manpower deployment
• Conduct pre‑shift staff briefings and communicate reservations, expected guest volume, promotions, and operational reminders
• Monitor overall guest experience and service quality, handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with restaurant food safety and sanitation standards
