Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and cultural leadership
• Build strong working relationships with Team Members and other Managers.
• Ensures smooth opening, closing and shift transitions, with critical communication between staff and Departmental Support Center.
• Takes a lead in ensuring a safe, secure, and sanitized work environment and customer facing areas.
• Performs and delegates general cleaning duties as established by the company.
• Assists Area Manager with training of new Team Members and consistently coaches the use of operational tools and following standard operating procedures.
• Supports initiatives by communicating new information to Team Members and supports with goal achievement.
• Safeguards company assets including cash, inventory, equipment, and proprietary information.
• Ensure the highest quality of product and service is delivered to the customer.
• Stocks requisition, ordering and receiving. Conducts inventory bi-monthly
