Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI) seeks a District Manager / Area Manager to oversee performance, profitability, and growth of stores within an assigned territory. You will coach Store Managers, monitor metrics, and drive customer experience across locations.

The role requires a strong operations background, P&L ownership, and willingness to travel within the territory to ensure standards and initiatives are executed effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of multi-unit management experience in FMCG, Retail, or QSR.
• Strong background in operations, P&L ownership, and people leadership.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve business performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple stores to achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Coach, develop, and mentor Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Monitor key business metrics, identify opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive customer experience and operational excellence across locations.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute initiatives.
• Support new store openings, expansion, and continuous process improvement.
